Hybrid role with flexible days to wfh and 2 days to work in the office. Flexitime The greatest advantage is the people you work with, everyone is very supportive and there is a lot of collaboration to get things done. Volunteer hours to contribute to great causes Gym in the office, VHI health insurance Great learning opportunities online with excellent instructors Free Access to Linkedin Learning eBay CEO is very inspiring!

Cons

The food in the canteen could be a bit better .. there is not a wide variety of options. The office is half-empty some days.. there needs to be more initiatives to bring people more back to the office.

Pros

As the title says work-life balance was pretty good, company culture is geared towards employee welfare, flexibility to work on some open source technologies based on the team, compensation is not bad but not over the top.Not too strict about scrum or processes so more time to spend on development.

Cons

Promotions are random and no clear path with few levels to grow. Old timers in the company coasting for too long with some recent attrition but definitely needs more new and young talent to join. Work can get easy going and not so motivating after a while. Low morale on turning over the company to appeal to MZ generation of users.
