      Pros

      It is good for Freshers who are just done with their graduations, work environment is very much casual, no particular dress codes.

      Cons

      Fairly takes a long time to get promoted. Biggest drawback - No Pick & Drop facilities for Night shift folks. Cafeteria service is not up to the mark.
