eClerx is filled with a bunch of energetic and committed people and they leave no stone unturned to make their clients happy. I can bet my money on their stock :) Pay will be at par with the industry standards

Cons

Some immature people lead big teams and are very unreasonable to work with. You have to be super cautious whom you report into. Dont ask too many questions is the underlying principle in which they work Worklife balance is very poor.. and you dont get to take your leaves, even if you have an emergency Workplace is packed to the fullest and breathing can take some effort if it is a full house. Managers have a general tendency to whine all the time.

Eclerx is a fast growing company with a long way to go in terms of establishing itself as a giant in market.

Cons

The employee satisfaction of people as assets are yet to be looked at seriously. As most organisations eClerx too has lots of politics going around.
