Technologically proactive with the portal, eClinimobile, eClinical Messenger. Glass break for confidentiality, claim filters for manouvering. Great Gateway to Corporate USA.

Cons

Not everyone is on the same page. Nubies make life difficult for the end user, especilally as they are instructed to "Know it all". Let me ask someone is not in the culture!
