-learning opportunities are very good - colleagues are really helpful -time flexibility -training sessions to keep employees up to date -very good company for freshers as you get involved in real-time projects very early

Cons

-unrealistic deadlines -poor management -most of the weekends you spend working only -salary never comes on time -negative environment due to lots of firing going on -very late appraisal this year

You shall take time to adjust in this organisation as they have recently undergone a 360 degree transformation and have put in place a stricter policy for non performing resources
