Pros

Great projects to work upon. Good for someone who wants to learn and work hard. You can get a chance to visit foreign customer locations. It's a excellent place to learn and get hands-on-experience in current technologies for recent graduates.

Cons

Company is at a growing stage .It gas a very long route to cover. But you have a pressure to do it and sometimes Company may ask you to go to other countries where they have offices for project related work
