Good potential & learning for me but stay away from bad fish. company need performance management system

flexible work timing, some of the best ppl in industry, learn from the best, global exposure, work life balance, good career growth, company pay well
Cons
every company had good & bad ..there are many here but i will not bad mouth about my company becoz it has given me so much also. There is salary delay in nov & dec be coz of some problem and i was informed about the delay in october & i know this will get be resolved. salary come on time coz date of salary is 5th only every month. their are 3 type of ppl in every companies who had been in business for long time Bad hire & non performer- they don't know their job, don't want to learn & can be see at sutta point or roaming here & there. they do no thing but gossip all day & company is at fault be coz they tolerates them Serious & talented ppl- they are the good guys both new & old be coz of which there team & others learn & do well. some are old in system be coz they have performed and grow in system but still are humble & teach ppl . thanks god for ppl like them. if they have problem, they solve it and not gossip or say bad thing ppl who have been fired recently or had left- there are some ppl company had to let go be coz of non performing or misconduct. now they have nothing all day but write bad words, call existing employee brain wash them & gossip. be aware of such ppl coz they could not do anything and will not let you do anything and make your career also company has become too client centric but was not like this earlier. company has to go back to being people centric
