Worst place to work - toxic environment

Pros

- Good sitecore learning if you get the work - Flexi working hours

Cons

- Hire and fire Policy - Delayed Salary - High on politics (can't concentrate due to toxic politics; if you get the good and relevant work luckily) - Resource Management based on politics NOT based on skills. - Higher Management knows bottleneck but pretends to be unknown. (few weak managers ) - Bad management leads to rework and compensating on working weekends.

Pros

-Company is good for CMS technology specially Sitecore. -eDynamic is still global leader in CMS technology. -Multi National Company -Member of Nasscom. -Good Client Base. -Very good for Marketing Automation Domain.(Oracle-Eloqua Tool)

Cons

Earlier Company was doing good and work culture was very good. Now organisation is in its worst phase. -Poor Management -Salary never comes on time. -Hire and fire Policy -Internal Employees are not promoted for higher post. Organisation hire senior resources from outside and fire them after project completion. -eDynamic is worst company for freshers. Freshers are not given any training. They are used for content related work. -No or poor appraisal

Pros

Always a bunch of projects in pipeline. Good environment to work. Good Cab facility.

Cons

Delay in Getting Salary, No hard date. Getting maximum utilization of employee's Salary, you need to spend weekends and nights there. Getting worst in Creative and Challenging tasks because a lot of lengthy CMS, but nothing crazy work will make you dull. You will lose your skills because of lengthy CMS work but nothing challenging in that. Bad food quality.
