      Pros

      No Pros at all... The only reason that I stayed for over 1 year was becasue my good manager. I left ASAP when my manager left.

      Cons

      - Toxic Environment, Politics - Worst Leadership Management - Under Paid - No human beings should go through more than two AEPs.

      co workers, cafe next door at ADP

      Cons

      absolutely everything else imaginable. The Supervisors and Managers I had the misfortune of working under were disgustingly abominable there is NO accountability when it comes to the "friends of the boss" male ego buddy buddy downright nasty stuff going on there. And HR turns her head (or closes her door) to pretend not to see and lets them get away with it.
