Pros

Best place I have ever worked. Me and my peers have a clear direction of the company and the growth available at Ehealth Austin. The commission structure is built for someone to succeed. There is a very positive culture and you know that your superiors want you to succeed.

Cons

Just like any sales job - it is all about mindset if you allow yourself to be surrounded by negative people your mentality will fall and you will not be successful at this job.

Pros

The culture here is very diverse and vibrant. The work is actually rewarding and messaging is clear. The people that we help actually need it and its up to us to find out what they are looking for. Management provides clears messages every day to the DOs and DONTs so we can make sure we are taking the proper steps to be ethical and compliant. This job has changed my life and I could have not been happier to join eHealth Austin!

Cons

Can't think of any. Hours can be long on certain days but its rewarding and beneficial anyways.

Pros

There are many good reasons to work at eHealth. The pay is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. The company really goes to bat for their employees. I was hired and started at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, and they kept us on and continued to help us get our licensing and appointments with the carries. Even when the states shut down, they didn’t let us go. The environment is competitive, but not dog eat dog. Healthy competition that really drive you to compete with people who become family. If you have a strong work ethic and do well dealing with people, you can earn 6 figures here.

Cons

I don’t have really anything bad to say. If your coachable, have drive, and need a CAREER, eHealth is a great opportunity. This was a new career for me and I’m grateful I made the jump. Be ready to work hard and make a lot of money and good friends.
