Pros

Flexibility to work from home. This company really takes care of you. Top notch health benefits that start day 1! Generous $401k match. Unlimited inbound leads. Constant contests with a wide range of prizes both monetary and tangible. I'm pretty sure this place just bleeds amazon gift cards because they're giving them out non stop. They set you up to succeed. All managers are willing to help when needed if your direct supervisor is unavailable. Relatable upper management. They incentivize pretty much everything you do to keep everyone motivated. Instead of turning new hires away when the pandemic hit, they scrambled to get everyone set up w/the proper equipment to work from home & still succeed. Sales is ever changing, keeping an open mind and the ability to adapt to this type of environment will get you PAID!

Cons

Mentally tough, Long hours during peak AEP season
