Pros

Base pay + commissions, w-2 employment, benefits. Employees were great!

Cons

I personally experienced the company trim the comp plan multiple times of year, expected to work 60-80hr weeks during enrollment seasons, and be ready for unexpected mass layoffs. They try to limit average earnings to 50-60 which is okay. If everyone busts to beats goals, they update their expectations to match for the avg commission amount. Work more, expect less.

Pros

Comp is good. Work from home. Benefits are good. Opp to help a place re-discover its greatness but it’s not without risk.

Cons

This place has become really high pressure. Not invigorating so much as making you anxious. Org has fallen behind others and is at a crossroads. Not for the faint of heart but rewarding opp of you can hang on through some difficult times.
