Pros

The benefits are amazing. Well above average in the industry. Unexpected perks like the ability to order chairs and stand up desks for your home office and internet reimbursement. Everyone is working from home so the way eHealth shifted it's benefits was a great plan.

Cons

Like everything else, Covid affected the new hire training process and it was very bumpy in the beginning. They'll figure it out and I'm sure it will be smoother for the next class.
