Pros

The sales pitch at time of hire painted a picture of a growing organization with endless possibilities and earning potential.

Cons

The leadership there manages by fear, and measures your effectiveness by slack. If you are posting gifs and memes in slack all day, it's considered motivational. If you aren't posting in slack, you're not a team player. If you have a bad month, they'll just fire you if they don't like you. It doesn't matter if you're just on 1st pip. They will fire you. Not that it's the worst thing, as they're only paying $16/hr... Which is up from $10/hr which is what I made there. I feel so stupid for working there. Fortunately I have recovered and am in the process of rebuilding, and ehealth will eventually just be a bad memory.
