Not the company it used to be.

Pros

Compensation and benefits are good, though not exceptional. Some parts of the company offer a positive and collaborative atmosphere—particularly the Sales, ComOps, and Cloud teams, which tend to be welcoming and supportive. Unfortunately, other areas have become increasingly toxic over time.

Cons

Some very toxic teams. IT has turned into one of them. The IT leadership really is a bad one. The IT team, for example, used to foster a great environment but has since changed significantly. Overworked a lot and they no longer care about it. Pushed to your mental limit then they take more. You will not get coaching in IT. If they don't like you, they will make up ways to fire you or at least get close to it. They hope you quit before they have to. For an insurance company, you would think your benefits would be paid for fully by the company but, they are not.
