Pros

You can make great money! Its sales so if you work hard and have sales skills you will do great. We help people everyday and you can feel good about the product you are selling.

Cons

Some of the management is not very competent. If you want to move up in the company you need to be loved by the managers and kiss some butt.

If you don't like being managed by phone metrics you will not like this job.
