Pros

ehealth has been an excellent opportunity for me to grow my sales skills, make a lot of money, and achieve that work life balance I have always wanted. I love the people I work with and the overall culture makes it a fun and rewarding place to work. ehealth is growing so fast. I am excited for the opportunity of career advancements that will open up to me as the company grows and will continue to need to fill management positions. I have really enjoyed my short time that I have worked at ehealth and recommend it to anyone that enjoys sales, helping people, and making a ton of money!

Cons

It is no secret, ehealth is a call center, so you are required to take inbound calls. Our teams do a great job making the call center environment as enjoyable as possible and as fun as they can with incentives and competitions through the day or week. It also looks like a lot of people will have the option to work from home soon so that will be great for me!

Pros

Amazing company with great culture. I’ve never had a job with such supportive staff and leadership. I worked at a vendor site, and then was hired directly into EHealth and have never been happier with my choice. I’m treated very well, and the money is great. I’ll continue for strive with EHealth because I found a company I love to be with.

Pros

I feel like I have a lot of job security, my team is built of intelligent, driven and goal crushing coworkers. The benefits are excellent, LinkedIn learning opportunities, the pay is fair-generous.

Cons

Onboarding is not good, that’s the first thing I would change. Unless you work in the call center then I feel like onboarding is nearly non-existent. There’s no walking just running, it’s very fast paced. There’s DTO but it’s hard to take time off and not feel guilty for it if you do. I often don’t have the time to take lunch breaks, or breaks during the day at all. No company culture. You’re pushed for numbers all the time, but hardly shown appreciation.
