Pros

Great company. Great training. Great trainer. Great managers. Cozy break room. Some opportunity.

Cons

Was offered a position to sell Medicare supplement plans. Turns out, you close and move on. There is no residual business. You don't get to call Mr. & Mrs. Johnson next year and sell them another policy. You simply work whatever leads you are given. There is no relationship with the customer. Why make all that effort and not deepen the relationship and create a career for someone? It would be a great place if you're a closer. It's a consultative process and takes the customer time to make a decision. Why eHealth wouldn't give that customer to a producer for their entire tenure makes no sense.
