      Pros

      Very competent individual contributors and middle management, lots of passion toward doing the right thing by customers, rewards assertive, hard-working people with ownership and independence.

      Cons

      Executive team is not great at communicating and is not connected to the people who work for them. CEO is exceedingly out of touch with the people who make his company succeed. There's a bit of a cover-your-ass culture that has no place in a technology company.
