Pros

WFH, hourly + commission, some good benefits.

Cons

Constant change, chaos even, sales force run by former salespeople. managed by former salespeople, HR will gossip, the company grossly underpays.

Pros

Sale is fairly easy. Get to work from home

Cons

Poor lead generation. Turnover every couple months at the highest levels. Lots of empty promises. Pay only decreased since I started there years ago. Poor leadership/Micromanagers
