Plenty of incoming calls, great training program, they work with you if you're struggling to meet numbers. Honestly knowledgeable about what they sell. Great benefits.

Cons

Big hires before AEP and big layoffs after OEP. Looks like they've started hiring temps or seasonal employees instead. Management tells you to treat clients like your grandma, then your direct supervisor is made to crack the whip and have you sell even if not needed by the client.
