Pros

If you work hard, they create opportunities to reward you and help you grow into new and exciting roles. The people that I work with daily like agents and business partners are respectful and kind. Ehealth fosters a culture of team work where ideas and different points of view are always welcomed. Working for a smaller company provides more opportunities to make a difference.

Cons

Just like in any company, you have to balance work and life. There is always work to be done. You are responsible for creating your career path. Don't expect others to do it for you.

Pros

Work wasn't too hard and you always had something to work on. Fairly competent IT staff across the board so never really have a lack of knowledge

Cons

The company is in a highly financially volatile industry so it's prone to extensive layoffs when the market suffers. IT staff is pressured for perfection and that leads to stress
