Pros

I liked eHealth. Worked there twice, actually. Coworkers and all my supervisors and managers were great! The benefits were great and I never had any issues with benefits, pay, support, etc. It was a great job to learn about Medicare and learn consultative selling.

Cons

It's corporate. There is only so much commission to go around. eHealth has crazy overhead between paying hourly, building leases, marketing, salaries for management, support staff etc. It just is what it is. I left the second time cause they hired waaaay too many new agents and the quality of the live transfers nosedived.

Pros

Licenses, bonuses and commissions, support (depending on the supervisor) working from home

Cons

All training is so rushed, unorganized and confusing and often done in gigantic group setting- you'll find that you and most of your peers are lost very early in the process, sexual harassment report to supervisor not taken seriously even after it was brought to their attention multiple times.
