Decent benefits but lack of transparency from leadership

Benefits: Decent health insurance (which is a bit more expensive now) Extras like Benepass Internet and phone stipend Voluntary time off

Cons

Current organization is not transparent with the agents this time around. Changes happen overnight -major changes. Agents are tasked to take it all in. C-Suite is becoming out of touch of their employees.
