      ehealth is far and gives people the tools they need to be successful.

      Now that everyone is working from home, it is hard to make the same connections we used to be able to working from the office.

      Good medical benefits overall for the employees.

      Cons

      Terrible mismanagement. This company does not care about the individual employee. Upper management is constantly changing leaders so there is never consistent leadership. Human Resources doesn't take complaints seriously and favor management over concerns of employees. Run from this employer. There are a lot of other great brokerages out there.
