- Rewarding job (literally helping kids get therapy) - Excellent work life balance with generous time off policy - Inspiring leaders who hire the right people (no bad apples!)

Cons

- Like with any company, working with remote employees can present communication gaps but nothing that can't be overcome in 2022.

Working with eLuma has been such a positrons experience. This has been the best career move ever. I have loved all of my time with eLuma.

Cons

I’m not sure there are many. There is good communication with contractors and schools. The management staff is very approachable.
