Unfortunately, as an independent contractor there are no health benefits or retirement plans designed for you as an employee.

I love working here because I really have been given lots of opportunities to grow professionally and personally. The CEO, Jeremy Glauser, sets a high standard and ample opportunities to excel. The department VP and managers are all experts in their field who want to inspire innovation and progress. I truly think eLuma does stick to its five core values and that impacts how students, clinicians, and employees are valued.

Cons

The company is in a high growth phase, which means you need to be ready to learn a lot and switch roles.
