      eLuma has a mission to serve students and help them to achieve their full potential. We have compassionate, caring, and world-class professionals throughout the company. We are building great, impactful products, as well as a great company and team.

      Cons

      I don't have any real "cons". eLuma is growing rapidly and we are very busy, but it is a good busy.

      Great Mission and Great Culture

      Pros

      I can tell the CEO and Management care as much about their employees as they do rendering services to children in Public Schools. Compared to my previous employer, eLuma is much more committed to competitive pay and investing in their employees.

      Cons

      I heard from a co-worker, they aren't the most transparent with who is leaving the company. However, this is could be said of almost every company I've worked with previously.
