      Pros

      eLuma has 5 core values: Visionary, Empathetic, Dependable, Solution-Oriented, Value-Minded; my experience so far has been that eLuma actually practices what they preach and do try to live by these core values. The culture is positive, remote, and flexible.

      Cons

      Newer company, growing quickly, working through some tweaks to make things more efficient.

      eLuma is a wonderful company!

      Pros

      eLuma is the ultimate professional job in regards to flexibility, where you can work the hours and amount that allows for optimum work-life balance. eLuma is incredibly supportive and goes above and beyond to make you feel like you are part of the team and like you matter as a professional AND as an individual.

      Cons

      I have only been with eLuma for a few months and I have no negative things to say. It is not a downside of eLuma directly, but I am still getting used to working at providing teletherapy which is so much different from in-person therapy in regards to developing rapport with students, parents, and staff.

      Pros

      I have so enjoyed working with eLuma! The support from the eLuma staff, professionalism, and communication has been wonderful. The platform has everything you need right at your finger tips. The flexibility to see students and have meetings around my schedule was wonderful.

      Cons

      There was a bit of a learning curve learning the platform, as there is with any new job but once you are up and running you are all set!
