Pros

Working for eLuma has shown me what it means to have a supportive work environment. Our company allows access to schools and students who need services. It also provides us, as clinicians, access to further learning opportunities, access to an awesome tech support team and more. Inclusive and promoting growth for all.

Cons

Taking the jump into telepractice can be a bit nerve-racking.

option to work from home, innovative culture, nearly 50% female to 50% male in upper management,

it is a growing team and growing quickly, I would just recommend to someone applying that they should expect to wear a few "hats" and focus on innovation
