Pros

The culture of eLuma was truly what made it special.

Cons

Unfortunately, politics, inter-departmental conflict, and lack of cohesive leadership has resulted in a toxic culture. The eLuma that was growing, thriving, and making a difference is not the eLuma of today.

Pros

Working from home is a plus. There are some nice people with good intentions and everyone is positive all the time.

Cons

If you are considering a serious career in mental health services or the education field, look elsewhere. This company is not what it appears! I should have known that any Glassdoor profile with this many positive reviews (at the time I started zero reviews from sales people) was suspicious. Everyone at ELuma thinks they have the best jobs and are changing lives when in reality they are spam emailing districts and hoping someone needs a staffing agency to help backfill comp time. I can confirm that there was more turnover on the sales team after I left the company as well. ELuma thinks they are players in the education space but in reality no one has heard of them. Don’t believe the fluff!

Thank you for taking the time to offer your thoughts. While things didn't work out, we hope that you found a position that is a good fit. There are various roles and skills within the education space, which are needed to solve complex problems facing schools. Our company is committed to providing crucial services to schools and positively impacting students' lives.

Pros

The main goal of the company is to help as many k-12 students get the services they need through teletherapy. Hard to complain about that. Leadership team has shown themselves to be resilient and assertive. Jeremy is a really great leader and knows how to run a company. He has surrounded himself with strong executives and taken the company from nothing to something really great, all without any funding for the first 10 years of steering this ship.

Cons

I have a hard time finding anything negative about this company or my job here.
