      Family run business which values your work/life balance. Offer flexible hours and competitive pay.

      Cons

      Energy insurance can be a challenging industry to navigate. Proper resources are not provided for employees to be successful. Environment is competitive

      Pros

      Energi has a great work environment and encourages a work-life balance. Benefits are very good, 401K match etc and management is generally very good about recognizing hard work.

      Cons

      I haven't identified any yet. Some days can be long but you're always appreciated and your efforts are recognized.
