Pros

When looking for a new position I wanted a work/life balance. I found this at ePlus. In my 4 months at ePlus I have been pleased by how relaxed I feel. Everyone I've met has been friendly and helpful including the management. They are approachable and treat you with respect. It is not a stressful environment for me which is exactly the culture I was looking for.

Cons

Not a big con, but there are many people in the building that I haven't met because of the nature of my job.

ePlus is an entrepreneurial company, if you are looking to advance your career ePlus offers that with training, experience and upward mobility. It is however, not handed out to you, ePlus is the type of company to support you in your endeavors but not spoon feed them to you.

Cons

ePlus has grown fast and working out process. Executive staff has identified issues and is actively working to solve them.
