I was able to gain plenty of experience in different aspects of the business. Friendly, comfortable and flexible work environment. Able to balance work life and home life.

Cons

No room for growth. Hard work is recognized and appreciated but not rewarded.

ePlus has great leadership and vision at HQ/Sr. Management with excellent practices and interfaces with manufacturers. Fair to above average compensation package.

Cons

Regions were driven by their P&L which led to isolation and limitation for execution. Regional management was nonexistent.
