      Pros

      Rev share picks up quickly Stock purchase on every transaction with a real exit strategy. Training, websites, etc.

      Pros

      The association I have with other agents across the country make it so nice to do referrals and find out what is working and what is not. The training is excellent. The revenue-share system is incredible for building a retirement income, something REALTORS normally do not have.

      Cons

      The for a newly-licensed agent, it may be slightly harder to work in our environment since we are cloud-based and we work very independently. We do offer a super mentoring system to overcome that.

      The company that is agent owned, being able to be active in all areas thru technology and save my valuable time to spend with clients. Amazing mentor and support programs

      That I didn't know about the program when I first became an agent!
