A true Agent owned company. The residuals are awesome. I've only been here 4 months and I have it up to 1500 a month consistently already I left RE/MAX and don't regret it at all not to mention I was the number one agent at our office at RE/MAX .

Cons

They will not allow you to do a free listing.

Pros

No better financial opportunity exists for realtors today in terms of a broker. Agent's can truly create a real residual income on top of their commissions and stop stressing about money. The stock awards are also equally an amazing benefit that no other brokerage offers its agents.
