Excellent support and tons of expert training to plug into. Everyone is accessible and willing to help. The ability to collaborate with over 89,000 across the US and 36 countries (and growing), making referrals easy. Agent payments are settled quickly. Lead sources to plug into if needed. Excellent culture. Leading industry split and the ability to create multiple revenue streams.

Cons

Virtual office, which I appreciate, but some agents may not.
