eXp has a knack for hiring the best people! Everyone works together to run a very smooth virtual machine! It is a quite incredible company! The pay and benefits of course are very competitive! eXp has something for everyone to make you feel included!

Cons

Not being able to see these awesome people in person!

Lower commission splits, high independance, virtual office

Cons

Minimal support for new agents, minimal training to get agents started, no in person office so there is no interpersonal communication to learn from.

Pros

The compensation structure is great. I get paid by selling homes, stock awards, and revenue sharing. The online model saves me so much time!! I'm able to attend meetings, meet with the broker, and do other activities that I normally would have to travel to an office to attend. These simple activities saves me at least 5 hours per week. I'm making more money in less time worked. The eXp model is a game changer!! The group health insurance is a huge relief to independent contractors. The KVcore CRM is amazing and always brings me transactions that may slip through the cracks. If you embrace what eXp offers, you will do great and exceed all of your professional goals.

Cons

If you are the type of person that likes to hang out in an office and "chit chat", you will have to get used to doing this virtually with your avatar in the eXp world campus. Although, this is fun as well.
