eXp is an amazing company to work for. We have the time to do our job efficiently, to balance work and family life, unlimited vacation, a director who listens and values our work, and a wonderful team to work with every day.

Cons

Remote work is great, but it can sometimes feel isolating if you're not proactive about staying connected.
