Pros

Commission splits are decent, though not the best I have ever seen, they have very successful teams all over Canada that are almost always looking for new talent. Good place to be if you are a new realtor, or even an experienced veteran in the industry, and are self-motivated

Cons

Since it is a cloud based brokerage, realtors who need to be in the office to get tasks done will suffer

Working here has been a very rewarding experience. The work environment is respectful, inclusive, and full of collaboration. I’ve had the chance to grow a lot by being constantly challenged in a supportive way, which has helped me strengthen my skills and confidence. One of the things I value most is the team culture—people are willing to help, share knowledge, and work together toward common goals.
