Still a viable organization, with issues.

Cons

Not a loyalty company, regardless of claims, engine is subscription services, little member usage, high member churn rate. Have chased loyalty for over 5 years with little to show for it. Investors wag the company tail. Management changes priorities quarterly, often time less.

Remote work, nothing else is really good about this company

Cons

Toxic work environment, management basically gaslights you into thinking you’re doing a bad job so they can fire you. No clear direction with the management. Management lies straight to your face and gaslights. DO NOT WORK HERE. Unintelligent toxic management that have 0 qualifications. Horrible pay too for the amount of work they expect.
