meeting a lot of people around the country.

Cons

their clients are backhanded, immoral, sneaky companies that all but steal money from people. clarus itself is a fine organization but should really associate itself with better clients.

I was skeptical of all the employees when they talked about how great the company was. I'd heard that before, and then once you sign on they reveal the truth of a place. Now that I work here I realized that everything they said was true. Great leadership. Good pay. Amazing culture. Cool and challenging work. I can safely say I love my job!

Cons

Time off isn't as competitive as some of the bigger companies but it's fair enough considering the other benefits and the size of the company.
