I have been at Clarus for two months and I love it so far. It is an excellent company to work for with a very positive, upbeat vibe and employees who truly seem to enjoy what they do. I started two months ago, just before everyone started going back into the office a few days per week (after being fully work-from-home during the height of the pandemic), so my training period was fully virtual and after that I jumped into the hybrid model with everyone else. The hybrid work model seems to be going well for everyone. For me, it works perfectly: I am in the office on the two days a week when most of my team meetings take place and I get to work from home on the other three days, which allows me to avoid three days of commuting in rush hour traffic, saving me a lot of time and gas money. The company in general offers an incredible work-life balance, with plenty of flexibility and generous PTO. There is also a decent starting salary, incentives for promotion and a good benefits package. But the best part is my co-workers. Every Clarus Commerce employee is motivated, hard-working and professional, but also fun, welcoming, and kind. We work and play hard, helping one another and working as team. The best company I’ve worked for!
