Thank you so much for taking the time to provide feedback! You mention that you are an employee of Clarus, but then refer to salary in the past tense so our assumption is that you may have left Clarus. Our hope is that you provided direct feedback either while employed in your exit interview with People Operations so that we can evaluate anything that may need to be addressed. Since we have been working remotely for over a year, we have in fact received some feedback that meetings have increased due to the need for video. As you may know, we responded to that feedback recently by sending out some guidelines around reducing the number of meetings, participants, meeting notes, agendas and other changes that we hear have improved things. We will also continue to re-prioritize work and projects to ensure there is a balance between business needs and employee work life balance.
We have not heard from others that 1:1 meetings are unproductive or feel like an interrogation, but we would welcome that direct feedback so that we can address it with the appropriate person.
