Communication throughout the interview process was great! The company is doing a fantastic job of hiring and onboarding employees in a remote work environment. Clarus is a great place to work, the company really values its employees. The company is very collaborative and people throughout the organization are helpful and supportive.

Pros

Clarus had great management & very friendly and supportive employees. They offer a lot of incentives, good benefits, and solid pay. They also put a huge emphasis on work-life balance which is unbeatable!

Cons

Can't think of anything negative!

Clarus is the best company that I have ever worked for. Not only are they understanding about work/life balance, but every employee works to get to know one another making the organization like a family. Every day you are able to chat with anyone from your manager to Tom the CEO . The senior leaders show complete visibility on what is going on in the company and look to employees no matter the rank on how to improve. They foster a great work environment that makes any project enjoyable. I'm so happy I have been able to join Clarus!
