Management that is so out of touch with anything on this earth. Senior Leadership that thinks they know best when they don't. Layoffs in which HR will respond, we're sorry you may think negatively to these layoffs....I don't care about you laying off people, it happens. What isn't right is that the senior leadership team should be held accountable for their actions of guiding this company the way that they did, and that is to the gutter. Empty promises of good things to come, only to succumb to absolutely nothing besides layoffs, team morale at its absolute worst and wondering why you work here every day. Save the traditional "we are sorry you feel this way, or we understand you are frustrated by the layoffs" and actually do something. The one that actually cared the most were the ones you laid off, and I cannot wait to see the demise of this company at the end of the year due to incompetence.
