Pros

Great job perks , unlimited pto management is really involved your first 90 days. They give you a lot of tools to be successful in your position.

Cons

The interview process was terrible. They took 5 weeks and 4 rounds to tell me I didn’t get the job . I had to ask via email twice before they answered me and provided no feedback as to why . I wouldn’t even waste your time applying here as they don’t even care about their candidates .

Pros

Unlimited PTO, flexible hours/work environment, annual bonus, 2 pm fridays. Great coworkers, supportive team great dei efforts

Cons

There was so much promise with this organization. Truly an org with values that aligned with my own but due to poor management and a less than equitable acquisition, a good majority of the organization (100+) have lost their jobs as a result of layoff/position elimination since last fiscal year.
