Unfortunately this company is like a sinking ship. Nothing went right after the acquisition. The new CEO promised that there wouldn’t be many changes and boy was he wrong. A year after the acquisition they killed the promotion business and laid everyone off. Management has no clue what they are doing especially after they let go of all the executives. I would not recommend any person to work or do business with this company. I’d say run away as fast as you can. Poor leadership, management and company morale.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Although our original hope was that there would be very few changes, we did make the difficult decision to ultimately move away from the promotional agency business and further align our business around loyalty. The enhanced loyalty services that we have as a combined company are best in class and have been well received by existing clients and prospects.

Pros

They talked a good game but didn’t deliver.

Cons

They bought a company, didn’t understand it or how to run it, and then fired almost everyone there. They will tell you it was based on market forces but it was really leadership incompetence. And they didn’t fire any of the leaders who made the bad decisions. They made the employees the scapegoats.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. As you know, our top client in the promotions business decided to move their business elsewhere, which led to us having to take a look at the entire business unit. That said, we made the very difficult decision to leave the promotions agency business and focus on the loyalty business which did result in the majority of layoffs.

Remote work available, and company equipment provided (laptop, monitor)

Cons

The middle management style here is passive aggressive, and the team structure changes twice a year. They say that employees are vital part of the company but their actions say otherwise.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Unfortunately since the cons you list are vague and without examples, we’re not able to action on the feedback. However, we do see that you were here less than a year so perhaps you did not have the opportunity to participate in any of our diversity initiatives or programs. Regarding communication, we do hope you were here long enough to have experienced our town hall meetings where company information was openly communicated, our weekly senior leadership emails to the company outlining anything being worked on in each area, and our Clarus Classrooms where training was offered in multiple areas.
