      Great training Nice staff Room to grow Ok Salary

      POOR scheduling Same people are doing mornings, evenings and nights One month night, second morning, third evening and sometimes afternoon NO FIX SCHEDULE Their health and family suffers No work life balance Many good employees left due to poor scheduling and company always short of technical support staff

To support our high rate of growth, we continue to add to the team to ensure we have the staffing in place to provide a high level of customer service. With that said, work-life balance is important to us at ecobee, and our scheduling provides two consecutive off days every week. Our schedule in place is required to support customers throughout North America, and we are very transparent with the scheduling process through the hiring process.       Pros

      Love the growth and opportunities. Lots of smart people to learn from. Location is a pleasure to come to every day, down by the lake. Just watched the England / Colombia game on the big screens in the kitchen too!

      Food options near the office could be better.
