      Good Leadership and Culture

      Pros

      Down to earth people centered leaders all the way up to the top. Promising model for behavioral health care.

      Cons

      You’ll basically be your own department in any office you’re places at which can be lonely, the learning curb is steep, the caseload buildup is slow. Once you learn it’s a pretty smooth running machine but the first 2-3 months feel a little brutal.

      Best Place to Work

      Pros

      This is one of the best places I have decided to work as a Social Worker. AS you probably know some Social Work jobs consist of long hours. This job is 100% 8-5PM. There are times it may be 5:30 PM. However, it is really rare. That atmosphere of the company is amazing. They want you to succeed. They have amazing staff to help you towards your clinical hours. If you are thinking this is to good to be true, I thought the exact same thing. I promise you it is not. There is also so much room to grow professionally. Also, the CEO's are AMAZING!

      Cons

      The company is still growing so just be aware that things may change every once in a while. I have not found that to be a bad thing. Benefits are okay but they are not horrible.

      Great place to work

      EvolvedMD has been an amazing place to develop my skills, gain more knowledge in my field and be surrounded by supportive, caring and fun humans! I have learned so much in my last month working here than I have anywhere else! -salary -benefits -PTO -hear what you have to say -2 weeks of detailed training -accommodations -new technology -on going support and education -diversity

      Cons

      -Working 8-5 with an hour lunch but sometimes that lunch hour has a work meeting scheduled. -No working from home- unless weather is bad. (I really enjoy working in person so not a con for me but may be for others)
